'Do-It-Yourself' installation of our Irrigation System. Your Saturday Seminar was most informative and clearly illustrated the value of your assistance with the irrigation system and the key role that Irritrol products can play. Your personal assistance with assessing specifics of sprinklers to be installed in our various zones and the subsequent assembly of the parts for each of our seven zones has led to a smoothly operating and effective irrigation system.
The Irritrol Controller and rain gauge nicely operate the system at all times particularly when we are away from home. In addition, the special shovel and tools purchased from Regency proved their worth as we dug the trenches and attached all the parts. Since our meetings with you we have had wonderful assistance on three occasions from Michael and Sarah in your office/warehouse. Their gracious help was most instrumental in the completion of our irrigation project. Thanks for such great service and products which have led to the completion of our 900 foot" 7 zone irrigation system.

Just wanted to send you a quick nate to say WOW! - what a great jab Dan and Brandon(?) d'd today to finish off our yard. We spent the whole last summer building the retaining walls, designing our yard by ourselves, and wheel-barrowing God knows how many loads of loam/garden soil into our yard. It was a true "labour of love", and we finally see an end in sight In loday's market/City - it's very rare to see someone come into a job and make sure the customer is as happy like Dan did today. He went over the control box/settings with me anel made sure I was comfortable with the settings (being the electronically challenged person that I am), as well as a walk through to check each zone to make sure I was happy with the coverage, with total patience. We cannot wait until Sunday night when we can sit on our deck with a bottle ofwine (afterwe have laid our sad) and watch OUf sprinklers dance! Thanks so much to all!

Hi Gerry, Just wanted to thank you again for all the help you gave me just after five yesterday in getting my system working. I tested this morning, after golf of course, and all is well again. As I mentioned yesterday over eight years I never had a problem turning on in May after your fall winterization. If it happens again I will know what to look for. In the current market place where service has declined, and the dollar is all mighty, it is a real pleasure to deal with a man like you who is really hands on with his company.
