Gerry Gitzel
Owner of Regency Irrigation. Gerry has been in the business for over 40 years. He currently is a Certified Irrigation Designer (C.I.D in golf, commercial and residential), Certified Irrigation Contractor (C.I.C), Certified Landscape Irrigation Auditor (C.L.I.A), Certified Golf Irrigation Auditor (C.G.I.A) and a Landscape Water Conservation Manager (L.W.C.M) With these certifications he is recognized as one of the most certified individuals in the irrigation industry, in all of Canada. Gerry helps steer the company in the right direction as we head into the 2011 season. You may meet him in the office or on-site while he is out designing, consulting or estimating.
Helen Gitzel
Co-owner of Regency Irrigation. Helen has built Regency from the ground up. Helen is always making sure things are running smoothly, whether she is making sure the right crews are selected for each job, making sure that stock is ordered appropriately and on time or ensuring that our customers are always happy with the service they receive, Helen is always making sure that our customers come first.
Priscilla Kennedy
If you have required any service from our company over the past few years, you will have spoken with Priscilla. Priscilla has been with Regency, organizing installations, estimates, service crews, and generally helping the company to run smoother. Priscilla is the key to our companies organizational success.
Michael Kennedy
If you are looking for help designing your sprinkler system, or inquiring about a new part, Mike is your best contact. He is involved with all of our Do-It-Yourself packages, from estimating and designing the project, to organizing the parts, to explaining how it all fits together and answering any questions that you may have. He is also available in the store for help in ordering materials for both retail and wholesale customers. He has his C.I.D in residential, C.I.C, and C.L.I.A.
Chris Gitzel
Chris has his C.I.C and C.L.I.A certifications. He is our installation crews foreman and helps organize our service crews. Although he is a younger member of our team, he has a vast knowledge of our product lines and knows sprinkler systems inside and out. He is an intricate part of our successful team.
Ross McMillan
Ross is our warehouse manager. He is always available in our warehouse for help with our wholesale customers, and you might even meet him in our retail store. Ross ensures that all of our stock is shipped appropriately and on time. He is also a large contributor to our organizational success with our stock levels, and shipping/receiving efficiency.
Marcy Craig
Marcy is an integral part of our service department. She organizes our service calls and ensures our service department runs as smoothly as possible. She also helps our accounting department, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
